About the Role:
Raydiant is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to curate an office environment and experience where our team can thrive. The role will report into the Chief of Staff as a part of our People team at Raydiant.
This is a full-time position located, full-time in office at our SOMA headquarters.
What You Will Be Doing:
Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look of our SF office including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparationMaintain the inventory of office supplies including stocking our kitchen and reordering snacks, beverages and team lunchesManage facilities; serve as a liaison to building management for maintenance concernsAssist in organizing and planning office and team eventsMaintain and disperse company inventory of swagAssist in scheduling and coordinating onsite and virtual interviews to maintain and enhance the candidate experienceReceive mail and deliveries, scan important documents and send mail to other offices in a timely matterAssist with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed
