Your responsibilities will include:
Accurate general accounting and bookkeeping for US and EU entities;Day-to-day AP processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality;Month-end and year-end close process;Data analysis and account reconciliation; Assistance on intercompany reconciliation;Collection and management of supporting information for assigned entities;Documentation of controls, policies and procedures;Participation in continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes;Participation in assigned projects;Cross-functional collaboration.
We expect you to:
Have a bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline;Have proven experience of 2-3 years in Accounting or Finance, preferably in an international company;Have knowledge and understanding of Reporting, Balance Sheet Account reconciliations and General Ledger Accounting (experience with inventory accounting would be an advantage);Be accurate and highly attentive to detail team player with excellent organizational and communication skills;Have analytical and problem-solving skills;Have ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines;Take initiative and ownership;Be highly technical - quickly adopt new systems and software (Netsuite, Bill.com would be an advantage);Be proficient user of Excel;Be highly motivated and result-oriented person capable to adapt to new challenges in a fast growing startup;Be fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
