About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
This position will be located at our HQ in San Francisco, CA.
What You Will Be Doing:
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as the contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Google suite Experience hiring in a fast paced environment ATS Experience preferred High-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotas
