About the Role:
This AR Billing Accountant will work in the Revenue Finance Organization reporting to the General Ledger Manager will be primarily responsible for timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Accounts receivable transactions assigned to this role. Additional tasks may include preparing and maintaining reports related to AR and Revenue as well as assisting/supporting the Revenue team with ad hoc requests, all within the company’s policies & procedures for revenue recognition and operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Perform clerical day-to-day accounting procedures according to process flow, timeline, service, and quality requirementsCollaboration with clients for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing filesCreate reports regarding the current status of customer accounts Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amountsAssists in generating monthly billing statements based on general ledgerParticipate in process development and projects when requested Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and other teams to generate reliable, accurate, and timely financial data and metrics, and ensure adherence to financial policiesEnsure that all internal finance related queries are dealt with efficiency and to the satisfaction of the relevant business units on a timely and accurate basisParticipate effectively and efficiently in the global month-end close process
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or final year studentApproximately 0-1 year of experience in the Area of AccountingFluent in English language (both written and spoken)Must be able to complete work with accuracy and high attention to detailGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyPrior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce would be considered as an advantageLanguages: fluent EnglishPreferred start date July 1st, 2022 but we are flexible
