About the Role:
As an Operations Associate at Raydiant, you will be involved in working with multiple departments to help streamline processes, working heavily in Salesforce to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This includes maintaining data integrity, order management, understanding business processes, managing security, standardizing workflows while supporting corporate initiatives.
You will be responsible for executing Salesforce requests, interfacing with multiple departments, ensuring business continuity and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to resolve organizational issues, automate and enhance SOPs, ensuring Raydiant’s success as we scale and grow. Additionally, this person will be involved with order and vendor management, asset management, team training around organization-wide processes.
This person is expected to be a team player, solution oriented, with a hands-on approach to resolving issues. This person anticipates challenges and proactively works to streamline processes and get ahead of any discrepancies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify system & process issues and support implementing a resolutionMaintain Salesforce data integrity Participate in upcoming systems integrationsAssist in data migration across multiple systems, participate in UATAssist with reporting requests during due diligenceData entry / scrubbing / consolidation of fields / mapping / UATPost-Go Live troubleshootingAssist in building workflows and optimizing processesDocument processes and make recommendations regarding cross-departmental workflowsOwn third party activation flowPartner with Product/Channel team to enable new SKUSet up automated processes for enablement of new appsManually enable handful of apps as neededAd-hoc Ops requestsOrder devices for the office / conventions / new staffAddress CPQ Billing Issues Adjust CPQ Orders as necessary, per customer request Assist in training team members with systems questionsActively support internal team members with Salesforce / CPQ issues and provide training as neededAsset Management Ad-hoc requests from management Intercept Fulfillment / Logistics issues and own the resolutionOrder managementUpdate out of cycle hardwareFulfill International orders with local Fedex (non-EMEA, non-Canada) Address questions regarding International Shipping.
What You'll Bring;
